  1. What do I need to shop at the More Store?
    All you need to get started is an EarlyReturns account. EarlyReturns is Frontier Airlines’ mileage program, one of the fastest reward programs in the industry.

    The More Store is an exclusive benefit for our for our EarlyReturns Ascent and Summit members.

    Not an Ascent or Summit member? No worries. You can enter our 25,000-mile More Store shopping spree.

  2. How do I become an Ascent or Summit member?
    To become an Ascent member, you need to fly just 15,000 miles on Frontier in a calendar year (one of the lowest mile requirements in the industry).

    To become a Summit member, our top elite status level, you need to fly 25,000 miles on Frontier in a calendar year.

  3. How do I register for the More Store?
    You do not need to register for the More Store. Once you reach the Ascent or Summit level you will be able to log in to the site using your EarlyReturns log in information.

  4. When will I get my EarlyReturns membership card?
    Members will receive a membership kit four to six weeks after enrollment.

  5. Is there a startup or annual membership fee for EarlyReturns?
    No, there are no startup or annual fees.

  6. How do I get miles?
    You can earn miles while you fly, sleep, drive and buy. Check out the many ways you can earn EarlyReturns miles.

  7. Can I buy miles?
    Of course. Buy up to 10,000 EarlyReturns miles per year, in increments of 1,000.

  8. How do I buy miles?
    Use your credit card to top off your EarlyReturns account here.

  9. What can I spend my miles on?
    All EarlyReturns members can redeem miles for flights with just 15,000 miles domestically and 25,000 miles to Mexico (the lowest required in the industry). And for Ascent and Summit members, why fly when you can buy? Redeem your miles for great rewards and experiences including concert tickets, electronics, sports gear, golf passes, hotel stays, fancy dinners and more.

  10. What is the minimum amount of miles needed?
    Attaining Ascent or Summit status gives you enough miles to shop in the More Store. The minimum amount of miles required will vary depending on whether you are buying or bidding on an item.

  11. How do I spend miles in the More Store?
    Peruse the fabulous items featured in the More Store. If something interesting catches your eye, you can buy or bid on that item.

  12. How do I buy an item?
    Browse the items by category or check out our featured offers. You can click “View details” for more information on an item. Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, click “Buy Now” to add the item to your shopping cart.

    SHOPPING CART:
    You can adjust the quantity of your item here; please note the More Store limits purchases to four items per week.

    • If you have updated the quantity of your item, click “Update”.

    • Click “Proceed to Checkout” to complete the process.


    SHIPPING INFORMATION:
    Fill in your shipping information and your preferred shipping method. Click “Continue”.

    BILLING INFORMATION:
    Review the required number of miles and shipping charges (if any). We always include standard shipping and handling. Enter your EarlyReturns number, password and e-mail address. Click “Continue”.

    ORDER REVIEW:
    Review your order and click “Process My Order” to complete your purchase. You can edit your shipping, billing or order information if necessary.

    THE LEGAL STUFF
    Review our terms and conditions. If you agree, click “Yes, Process My Order”.

    And you’re done!

  13. How do I place a bid?
    Some items like concert tickets or experiences let you bid instead of buy. Be sure to check out the current bids and the auction end date.

    If you want to bid on something, click the “Place a Bid” button located underneath the item.

    MEMBER LOGIN
    Sign in with your EarlyReturns account number and password.

    THE LEGAL STUFF
    Review our terms and conditions. If you agree, click “Yes”.

    PLACE BID
    We’ll let you know the current bid and the minimum amount of miles required. Enter your maximum bid and e-mail address, and click “Place a Bid”. It’s as easy as that.

    (Why enter a maximum bid? We’ll confidentially bid up to your maximum amount in 500-mile increments so you don’t have to keep a constant eye on your auction.)

    BID HAS BEEN PLACED
    You’re done. You can click to view your item again, or check your MORE STORE SUMMARY for more information on your current auctions. We’ll send you an e-mail each time you bid or are outbid.

    When the auction ends, we’ll send you an e-mail if you’ve won (yeah!). You can also check your MORE STORE SUMMARY for more information about your completed auctions.

  14. Is there a limit to the number of items I can buy or bid on?
    We don’t want you to spend all your miles in one place. The More Store limits purchases to four items per week, so feel free to come back Monday!

  15. Do I have to pay anything when I order from the More Store?
    We include standard shipping and handling. If you need something in two shakes of a lamb’s tail, you can request speedier delivery for a fee.

  16. How are items sent to me?
    We’re all about choices. Choose between Standard or Express shipping by FedEx.

  17. Can I ship items outside of the U.S.?
    No, we currently only ship items within the U.S.

  18. Can I send my items to an address other than my billing address?
    Yes. You can certainly choose an alternate address. Please note we can only accommodate one alternate ship-to address per order. If you’re shipping to multiple spots, please complete separate orders.

  19. Can I exchange or return an item?
    No, exchanges and returns are not allowed.

  20. What if my item is lost or stolen?
    The More Store is not responsible for shipped items that are lost or stolen. Sorry!

  21. How do I check my account?
    Simply click “Account Profile” at the top-left of any page on our Web site. At the member login page, enter your EarlyReturns Number and password. Click “Submit”. You’re in.

  22. What can I do in the Account Profile section?
    Review the following: your contact information, EarlyReturns miles summary, auctions you’ve bid on, auctions you’ve won and recent orders. You can also update your information if it’s changed since the last time you visited.

  23. Where can I find my recent orders?
    View your orders under Account Profile, which you can access from the top-left of every page of our Web site. You can print out an invoice or check your order’s shipping status.

  24. Where can I find information about my auctions?
    Check your MORE STORE SUMMARY for more information on your current and completed auctions.

  25. How does my business become a More Store partner?
